What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your Shopify store domain (e.g.
your-store.myshopify.com)
- Your plan (Basic / Pro / Ultra) and whether you're in trial
- A clear description of the issue or question
- If applicable: screenshots, browser console errors, or the specific product/option group affected
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if a bug)
Common topics
- Setup help: questions about creating option groups, assigning products, configuring price lists
- Storefront issues: theme integration, block configuration, custom CSS
- Pricing: how the multi-tier price lists, volume discounts, or per-listino overrides work
- Billing: plan changes, trial questions, invoices (note: billing is handled by Shopify)
- Bug reports: anything that doesn't work as expected
- Feature requests: tell us what would make Tailor better for your store
